The estate is composed of three distinct buildings, thoughtfully arranged for comfort, privacy, and effortless indoor-outdoor living:

Main Building

The heart of the villa features a stunning living room with expansive panoramic windows that seamlessly blend the interior with the surrounding natural beauty and sea views. The open-concept layout includes a modern kitchen with a 4-meter island, comfortably seating up to 10 adults—perfect for indoor dining when the rare inclement weather keeps you inside.

Additional amenities include a fully equipped pantry and laundry area, a guest WC, and a cozy workspace with a desk—just in case you need to check in with the outside world (though we hope you won’t!).
The luxurious Master Suite is also located in this building, complete with a built-in queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious en suite bathroom.

Building Two

This building houses two generously sized bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and ample closet space—ideal for families or couples seeking both comfort and privacy.

Building Three

This structure includes two large bedrooms that share a spacious bathroom. It also features a small tea kitchen, offering added convenience for morning coffee or light snacks.

Perched on the Agia Paraskevi hillside above Plaka Beach, the villa is surrounded by a captivating natural landscape of greenery and stone. The area is dotted with elegant villas and is known for its peaceful ambiance and striking sunset views. The villa is approximately 600 meters from the sea, offering one of the most scenic vistas on the island.

Access roads to Naxos Rocks Villa are paved up to the hillside ascent, where they transition to a mix of concrete, gravel, and dirt leading to the villa.
