Outdoor Facilities
Each villa has its own private swimming pool, sun loungers, lounge corners, al fresco dining areas, and BBQ facilities. The estate is just 900 meters from the sea, offering the perfect combination of sun, relaxation, and breathtaking Cretan sunsets.
Pool Heating
The pools can be heated from March to May and from 15th September to November upon request, reaching approximately 26°C (weather permitting) at an additional cost. A 7-day notice is required.
Cleaning & Housekeeping
Stays of 5–7 days: one change of linens and towels
Stays longer than 7 days: one change every 4 days
Daily maid service is available (except weekends) and can include daily linen and towel changes for an extra cost
Climate Resilience Fee
As per Greek law (Article 53 of Law 4389/2016), a climate resilience fee applies: €15 per night per villa from April to October and €4 per night per villa from November to March, payable in cash upon arrival.
