Villa Krinos is a stylish private villa that blends contemporary comfort with traditional Cycladic architecture, inviting you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
Recently built and finished to exceptionally high standards, the villa is set within a peaceful rural landscape of vineyards, yet enjoys a highly convenient location on the edge of Fira’s lively centre and just 1.7 km from the calm, well-organised beach of Exo Gialos. It is an ideal base from which to explore Santorini, with all major attractions just a short drive away.
Designed with elegant simplicity, Villa Krinos features large openings on all sides, allowing guests to take in breathtaking views of the sea, the open countryside, vivid sunrises and the warm hues of sunset reflections. The spacious living room is highlighted by a striking double-vaulted ceiling, divided by an arch and a double-sided energy fireplace that connects seamlessly to the magnificent domed dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen reflects the villa’s refined sense of design and style. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom, crowned with its own dome, features a double bed, spacious wardrobe and private en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are located on a slightly elevated level and share a bathroom. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. A guest WC near the entrance and a storage/laundry room further enhance guest comfort.
An additional spacious room is located on the upper floor and accessed via an external staircase with a private entrance. This independent suite includes a double bed, kitchenette, shower room and a veranda with sea views. When combined with the main residence, Villa Krinos can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
At the rear of the property, a secluded 5 x 10 metre swimming pool (2.20 metres deep) is accessed directly from the kitchen and is surrounded by a tranquil sunbathing area with loungers and umbrellas. A generous wraparound terrace at both the front and rear of the villa offers a perfect balance of sun and shade, furnished with sofas, tables and chairs for relaxed outdoor living.
Villa Krinos is ideal as both a summer and winter retreat, perfect for travellers seeking peace, privacy and an authentic yet elegant atmosphere. It also provides a stunning setting for wedding receptions, birthday celebrations and special events.
Guests enjoy full access to all areas of the villa, including two lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms plus a guest WC, private parking, swimming pool (operating from April to October), patio areas with sunbeds and sofas.
The villa is also wheelchair accessible.
