Comprising two villas within a single architectural complex, Kissamos Beach Estate offers each residence its own distinct character and complete privacy, while interconnecting doors allow the villas to be rented individually or together. Set within landscaped gardens planted with salt-resistant native species such as mesembryanthemum, yellow gazanias, and tamarisks, the estate blends seamlessly into its natural coastal environment. The surrounding area is rich in wildlife, with falcons, herons, and sandpipers frequently spotted near the shoreline.
Korfalonas Beach is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, fishing, or simply unwinding while enjoying uninterrupted views across the Aegean Sea.
Built using locally sourced Kissamos limestone, the villas were designed by Chania-based architect and designer Rena Mania. Warm, natural tones and materials are combined with soft neutral shades to create elegant, calming interiors, complemented by high-quality furnishings and modern installations throughout. Private Heated Pool
One of the two swimming pools (45 sqm) can be heated upon request. Heating is provided via a pool heat pump and maintains an average temperature of approximately 28°C, subject to weather conditions.
Pool heating is available from €840 per week, with an additional charge applicable if higher temperatures are requested. A minimum usage of 5 days applies and the service must cover the entire duration of the stay.
We kindly ask for a minimum of three days’ advance notice to arrange this service. A pool cover can be provided and must be used to ensure optimal heating efficiency.
