The upper floor offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and private balcony overlooking the sea. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third has twin single beds. One of the bedrooms also includes a luxurious hydromassage Jacuzzi bath, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Crete.

On the lower level, guests can enjoy a fully equipped private gym, a shower room, and, upon request and at an additional cost, a private sauna for a relaxing wellness experience.

Outside, the villa is designed for enjoying the Cretan sunshine and spectacular sunsets. The private heated saltwater swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a double daybed, creating the perfect space to relax with a drink and take in the views. A dining area and BBQ provide an ideal setting for memorable outdoor meals with family and friends, while the beautifully landscaped garden adds to the villa’s peaceful and private atmosphere.

For added convenience, the property offers secure private parking for two cars, a free EV charger, step-free access from the parking area, and an indoor elevator connecting all three floors.

Heated Pool Policy

The swimming pool can be heated free of charge upon request during the following periods:

• 1 March – 31 May
• 15 September – 30 November

Pool heating is provided by a heat pump and aims to maintain the water temperature at approximately 26–27°C, depending on the weather and outdoor temperatures.

To ensure the pool reaches the desired temperature, 3–4 days’ advance notice is required.

Please note that pool heating is not available during the summer months, as naturally high outdoor temperatures generally provide sufficient warmth for comfortable swimming.
