The spacious two-story villa accommodates up to eight guests across four beautifully designed bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is situated on the ground floor and offers twin beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed upon request in advance. This bedroom and its en-suite bathroom are designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs. A separate guest WC is also available on the ground floor.

The main living area is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with large windows that flood the interiors with natural light and create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The contemporary, fully equipped kitchen features quality branded appliances and everything needed to prepare enjoyable holiday meals. Heated Pool Policy

The swimming pool can be heated upon request to approximately 26–27°C, depending on weather conditions.

• March–15 June & 15 September–November: Pool heating is free of charge, with at least 3 days’ advance notice.
• 16 June–14 September: Pool heating is available upon request at an additional cost, payable in cash upon arrival. A minimum of 3 days’ advance notice is required.
