Ground Floor
The main entrance opens into a bright, open-plan space that seamlessly combines the living room and indoor dining area. Every detail from the furnishings and finishes to the overall design reflects refined quality and effortless comfort.
The living room features a large corner sofa, a 55’’ HDTV with Netflix, and a stylish coffee table, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. The dining area accommodates 14 guests, while the modern, fully equipped kitchen boasts built-in appliances, a wine cooler, and an island breakfast counter with 14 stools.
For added convenience, this level also includes a luggage stroller and a guest bathroom with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
All three areas open directly to the pool terrace through large sliding glass doors, flooding the interior with natural light.
The ground-floor bedroom offers a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, air conditioning, 32” TV, closet, safe, and direct access to a private veranda.
Lower Floor
The lower level is designed for entertainment and rejuvenation. The recreation room includes a corner sofa, 65’’ HDTV with Netflix, PlayStation 5, home cinema, Bluetooth speaker, pool table, and table football.
The dedicated Spa Area features a marble Hammam (for 6 guests), a wooden sauna (for 7 guests), a 6-seater hot tub, 4 chaise longues, and a massage bed the ultimate private wellness retreat.
A gym area is also available, equipped with an elliptical machine, stationary bicycle, and exercise equipment.
This floor includes a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, an additional separate shower, and a dressing room.
A staircase connects this level directly to the pool area.
First Floor
The first floor hosts four elegant bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, 32” TVs, closets, safes, and direct access to a shared sea-view balcony.
